Mandatory first step for all new clients. In this 90-minute first step session, we’ll map out your vision for your wellbeing and begin the foundational work of shifting your habits with ease, not force.

Follow-up session: €110

1-hour individual sessions to address your immediate needs at your own frequency.

The steps we take in the 'Back To You' program

We begin with a 30-minute connection call to get to know each other and see if the program is adapted to your needs. Once you join the program, you’ll receive an in-depth intake form to prepare for our first session. During our 90-minute intake, we’ll use your insights to set a clear foundation. We’ll discuss your vision, patterns that have held you back until now and begin to pinpoint the shifts that will make the most meaningful, sustainable difference in your life.

Over the next several weeks, we meet weekly for one-hour sessions. This process is intentionally organic—we address themes as they arise, exploring how they intersect with your overall wellbeing. These consistent, weekly touchpoints build natural momentum, helping you cultivate deeper awareness, discover new ways to honor your needs, and build habits that finally feel sustainable. Between our calls, I’m in your corner via voice notes for support whenever you need me.

As we move into the final stage of our journey, we shift to bi-weekly meetings. This intentional spacing gives you more room to integrate your insights and practice your new habits in your daily life, with the ongoing safety net of voice note support. This phase is designed to solidify your transformation, ensuring that the changes you’ve made feel sustainable and grounded, leaving you with the toolkit to continue thriving on your own.
